1 General Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 35bg platform ("Platform" or "Site"). 35bg provides an online betting and casino service for players in Bangladesh. By using the platform and registering an account, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

35bg reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the updated Terms. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.

These Terms are published in Bengali only. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use the services on 35bg, you must meet the following conditions:

You must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
You must register using your real identity and accurate information. Providing false information will result in account termination.
Only one account per person is allowed. If a person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and funds on deposit may be forfeited.
You must play voluntarily and for entertainment purposes. Operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
Access to the platform is not permitted from areas where online gaming activity is restricted by regulation.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

When opening an account on 35bg, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided. 35bg may conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time and request relevant documents.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If you notice any unauthorized use of your account, notify the 35bg support team immediately. 35bg will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use, unless proven negligence on our part is established.

3.3 Account Closure

35bg reserves the right to suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons: breach of Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, or attempts to compromise the integrity of the platform. You may also request closure of your own account at any time by contacting support.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods

35bg supports only the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket. No other methods are currently available.

Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
Deposited funds are generally credited to your account promptly. If there is any delay, please contact support.
You must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name when making a deposit.
Deposits via third-party accounts or accounts in someone else's name are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can only be made to a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your own name.

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
Standard withdrawal processing takes between 10 and 45 minutes.
Identity verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
Withdrawals will not be possible until bonus wagering requirements have been met (see Section 5 for details).
If any unusual activity is suspected, 35bg reserves the right to hold a withdrawal pending verification.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on 35bg are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

35bg offers a welcome bonus for new players: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
Example: deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳30,000 (৳1,200 × 25) before the bonus can be withdrawn. Note that wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer has its own validity period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once the validity period expires.
Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus offers, or engaging in any fraudulent activity, is strictly prohibited.
35bg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
On all bonus-related decisions, the judgment of 35bg management is final.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

All games on 35bg are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Our platform offers games from a range of international game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a technical error or server issue, 35bg reserves the right to void the affected round and restore the staked amount. In such circumstances, any winnings earned from a faulty game may not apply.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game has set minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game itself. 35bg may adjust the betting limits for any player if necessary.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

Claiming bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through automated software, bots, or any other technical means.
Colluding with other users to predetermine outcomes.
Operating an account using a false identity or forged documents.
Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

8 VIP Program

The 35bg VIP Program has four tiers. Each tier comes with a regular weekly cashback benefit:

Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular active play. The detailed rules governing VIP benefits and tier changes are set by 35bg management, who reserve the right to modify them.
